# No Midweek

Hey church family!

Just a reminder that **we will not have midweek activities tonight, Wednesday, October 14.** We’ll be back together next Wednesday, October 21.

We know how easy it is to see an open evening and immediately find something to fill it with. But maybe tonight, since there isn't Midweek, we can slow down a little. Have dinner around the table. Take a walk with someone you love. Put the phone down and give the people in front of you your attention.

And somewhere in the evening, spend a few quiet minutes with the Lord. You might read a Psalm, talk with Him about how you’re doing, or simply sit quietly in His presence. If your mind wanders, that’s okay. Just return your attention to Him.

Our hope is that tonight gives you room to rest and remember that Jesus is present in your home and in the ordinary moments of your week. We can learn to notice Him there, too.

Enjoy the evening, church family. We're grateful to seek after Jesus alongside of you.
